Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

To help us process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • A full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost during transit, we will gladly provide either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund.

Please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Returns

As our products are fulfilled through trusted international suppliers, we generally do not accept returns. International return shipping is often costly and may take several weeks or months.

If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds or replacements cannot be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or product variation
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen carrier delays
  • Packages refused, abandoned, or disposed of by customs due to local regulations
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
