OVERVIEW
At Luxours, we take pride in the quality of every product we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and accessories are included
- The item was purchased directly from luxours.com or Shop App
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration
- Items returned without original packaging
- Sale or final sale items (marked at checkout)
- Gift cards
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Luxours is not responsible for lost return packages.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for eligible items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at support@shopluxours.com with your order details and the item you'd like in exchange.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
SELF-SERVE RETURNS
We offer a simple self-serve return process so you can initiate a return at any time without waiting for a response:
- Email support@shopluxours.com with the subject line: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning
- You will receive an automated confirmation within 24 hours with your return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address above using a trackable carrier
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
Self-serve returns are subject to the same eligibility conditions outlined above. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
