An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship the item or expressly confirm acceptance by email.

  4. Pricing and Payment
    Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. We accept the payment methods presented at checkout. You agree to pay all charges resulting from purchases made through the Site, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

  5. Shipping, Risk, and Title

  6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

  • Brief description of the issue
    We will review the claim and may offer a replacement or a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

  1. Lost Packages
    If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement shipment or full refund. Contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.

  2. Returns
    Because products are fulfilled through international suppliers, we generally do not accept returns. Returns may be approved in exceptional circumstances at our discretion and only with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Situations
    We cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or variation

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you

  • Delivery delays due to customs or carrier delays beyond our control

  • Packages refused, abandoned, or disposed of by customs

  • Damage from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  1. Order Cancellations
    Orders may be canceled prior to processing or shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

  2. Refunds
    Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
